What happens if something gets damaged during your service?
Care and constant improvement are part of our values, and if there is a rare instance when an accident happens, don't you worry! As a responsible business we have the right insurance cover on the services we provide you.
What if I have pets?
Not a problem! As part of our services we can deal with fur, odours and even spot cleaning for you. As long as your lovely pets are in a a separate room or other controlled settings this is not an issue. Even better, take them for a walk while we get your place in sparkling condition!
Do you use your own equipment?
If you don't have the equipment yourself for tasks requiring vacuming or steam cleaning for example, we can provide the equipment for you. For other tasks or purely out of preference, we can work with yours intead.
Do you have a minimum duration for a service?
Realistically speaking, the minimum a job can take is 1hr. Saying this, we can get an agreement with yourself based on either an hourly rate or by job done. With this approach you can be certain you are getting the best value, as we firmly believe in doing things properly and ethically, not in staring at the clock.
